- Check spam/junk folders — automated emails occasionally get filtered, especially on the first message from a new sender
- Double-check the email address or phone number on file — a typo during signup is the most common cause
- Wait a couple of minutes — delivery is usually instant but can occasionally lag
Still nothing after a few minutes? Email support@try99.app from the address you signed up with (or mention the phone number on your account) and we'll resend it or verify your account manually.
