Here's what to expect once you've signed up and chosen a plan.
- We build your site. Using the business details you gave us (trade, service area, hours, and any photos or branding you shared), we put together a draft website built for your trade.
- You review the draft. We'll let you know when it's ready to look at. Nothing goes live until you've seen it.
- Your AI receptionist gets configured. At the same time, we set up your AI receptionist with your business name, hours, and either a new phone number or your existing one forwarded to it.
- You approve, we launch. Once you're happy with the site and the receptionist is answering correctly on a test call, your site goes live and your number starts taking real calls.
Most businesses are live within a few days of signing up. If anything looks off at any step, you don't need to start over — just request a change (see Reviewing and approving your website).
