After you cancel, your site stays up and your AI receptionist keeps answering calls through the end of your current billing period — you're not cut off the moment you cancel.
After that, there's a grace period before anything is permanently removed, so if you cancel by mistake or change your mind, email support@try99.app and we can usually restore your account without losing your site content or phone number.
Once the grace period passes, a number that was issued to you by try99 is released and can no longer be recovered, and your site is taken down. If you forwarded your own existing number to try99 rather than using a dedicated one, that number is yours regardless — nothing happens to it, since it was never ours to release.
